What Makes Attorney Shane Herzner Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?
Shane Herzner is a Cincinnati native and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a concentration in Communications. He furthered his studies and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. After law school, he did civil practice before the desire to litigate cases drove him in a different direction. Shane left the civil practice in 2005 and worked as an Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor until 2008. During that time, Shane prosecuted hundreds of cases, including OVIs/DUIs, other misdemeanor charges, and felony cases.
In search of a greater challenge, he began practicing criminal defense in 2009 and worked for 2 law firms in the Cincinnati area before opening his own practice in 2013. Since 2013, Shane has earned numerous awards for his legal practice and has also co-authored an Amazon Best Selling Legal Book, “A Cup of Coffee with 10 of the Best DUI Attorneys”. He is certified in the training of the National Highway Traffic Administration and the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Shane has spoke at Driver’s Intervention Programs, Seminars and in numerous other legal forums. He continues to litigate several cases each year, representing his clients zealously. Although his main practice is DUI/OVI offenses, Shane does traffic and criminal offenses as well.
